Ever have those days where you feel like you are just worn out? Maybe you’ve worked all day and you get home and your mom says, "You need to clean your room!" - And of course you don’t have the strength to do it. But you do.
Our daily walk with Christ is the just the same way. Maybe we’ve read our bibles, prayed it up, and fought the Devil all the way home - And at the end of the day you just want to relax - But the Devil doesn’t take a vacation so he hits you with his best shot! - Now tell me you don’t feel like giving up.

The Good Road Block
Matthew 7:13-14 says, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
Jesus often talked about the road to salvation or the pathway to heaven. He said that “I am the way, truth and the life…no one comes to the Father except through me”(John 14:6)
So many times he talked about how to get there. But do we ever sit back to realize if we entered the right one. Are we cruising along the wrong pathway?

Suppose a nation in some distant region should take the Bible for their only law book, and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts there exhibited! The bible tells us to forgive those around us as much as we want to be forgiven (matt 6:12, 14, 15).
And we often think of the well known phrase…Forgive and forget!
But so many times we forgive and we forget – but we forget the wrong way. It’s easy to get caught up in the hurt from another person. You feel like someone has destroyed your world. Its easy to say with our mouths, “I forgive them”, but when it comes to forgetting what they did, we only forget what the word of God tells us to do.

Ive been reading a lot in Isaiah lately. And today I began reading chapter 11. My eyes widened and I became engulfed in the words that spoke of Jesus Christ. It was an image that I could paint in my mind. And when the paint has dried, the last stroke has been made, the finished work is a glowing canvas of what Jesus Christ is. All he is. You see Isaiah never met Jesus. This was way before Christ was even born. But through what God had shown him, he knew the blueprint of the makeup of Jesus. Read it…
